Bought my Sy doll through ZLoveDoll and they showed me the factory products. Wasn't exactly what I had imagined but I guess that's AI photos for you. I didn't like the makeup so they offered to fix it up to my liking. They'll also address any concerns you have until you're satisfied. They replied back very fast. Great customer service. Can't wait to try out my new doll.

Amazing amazing service. I bought AIBEI Diana doll from them around six months ago. It is so realistic. I was shocked to see and touch it. I bought it somewhere in January 2025 and am writing this review at end of June 2025. The main thing is to care for your doll. I cared for it and it is still in love great condition. It feels very realistic. Super realistic size, super realistic details. Also there price is very good as compared to other websites I checked. Really love their service. They also responded to my mails very quickly and they are very cooperative and helpful. The production time is very fast and they sent me proper high quality photos and videos of my doll after production, she looked so nice and same as it is as it was listed on their website. Their website is easy to search for any doll. They offer you regular discounts. I got free blanked, vaginal cleaning stuff, heating rod, gloves, I got 2 wigs. I got to choose the body design also of my doll like areola size, skin color, electric function and so on. The package arrived also in time and nothing was labeled outside on the box and that's what I liked the most.

Discreet, helpful, and timely. Starting the process If you read about purchasing these kind of products, often it's an experience of trying to find legitimate outlets. This is one of those outlets, and I'd recommend any first time buyers to utilize their service! ZLove has come through providing solid support and quick responsiveness to questions. The way they've manage to hold a competitive cost to other providers and even submit photos proof of the goods before shipping has been a big help! Would recommend for their website for these particular products!

The customer service is phenomenal, shipping and delivery was incredibly fast. I am beyond happy with this purchase

Got exactly what I ordered. Harriet was very responsive and answered every query I had. Took some time to arrive but worth the wait.

Bought two of these, and the first one came incredibly fast to nevada. The second one has taken over a month, and am still waiting for it, but it also had quite a few upgrades. Harriet was very helpful.

They were very profesional.

Love the expert quality of doll and workmanship. I would recommend to anyone. Service email response is good too.
