This bike is great and so far my rides have been pretty smooth in the parks. I was worried about the seat since alot of bikes I tried it caused issue but this one is one of the few that is pretty comfortable. Only thing I dislike is the pedals. Occasionally my feet has slip off it while riding.

No instructions but no need to have them if you look up the quick release bike wheel instillation. It has nothing to do with the cassette.

Nice bike. Feels solid and efficient. You should include or give option for the longer seat post with purchase if you're going to represent it fitting riders up to 6'1". The three 6' riders who have tried my bike were unanimous in it being too short. I'd return the bike were it not for your longer seat post accessory I ordered over a week ago and that I hope will be long enough to resolve the fit issue.
