Not coming back here again just got a mini valet for £17 they missed the wax and done a patchy job when raised with manager told they are short staffed. Bad job bad excuse no offer to fix afterwards

The kids in charge said they don't mind a bad review. They turned off the vacuums so I couldn't vacuum my car and charged me $12.95 for a wash with water only. Nice job kids!. Sit and stare at the empty Lanes. Mission accomplished.

My father’s vehicle was damaged at Zips Car Wash, and the company accepted responsibility for the damage. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning of the problem. It has now been over a month, and I am still waiting for them to follow through. I was told a settlement agreement had been emailed to me. It never arrived. I checked my inbox, spam, and junk folders, and there was nothing. I have repeatedly followed up by email and phone. Instead of answering my questions or sending the agreement, I have been asked for my mailing address approximately four separate times—even though I had already provided it. When I emailed asking where the settlement agreement was, I received yet another request for my mailing address instead of an answer. What makes this even more disappointing is that my father had been a loyal Zips Car Wash member for four years. We expected much better from a company he had supported for so long. Accepting responsibility means very little if you don’t follow through. No customer should have to spend over a month chasing a company just to receive paperwork they were told had already been sent. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Zips Car Wash. If this is how customer damage claims are handled, people deserve to know before trusting this company with their vehicles

I went to Zips today, and once I finished the car wash experience, I realized the washer broke my windshield. I was pretty upset and I talked to the managers and etc, but they refused to give me a refund or pay for my windshield to be fixed, or at least to waive the wash cost, 1/5 experience, never coming back.

The car wash by me closed without notice but they made it right and refunded my last month. So while disappointed, they made it right

I took my new car through the car wash and when I can out the car was scratched up really bad. Put in a damaged report and they told me it wasn't thete fault and they were not responsible for any of the damaged. Had to turn in to my insurance and it is costing $2900.00 to repair. I will never use them again.

Its good car wash 2 go 2 as the staf r all friendly & polite & they do their job right. 100% car is clean up2 Standard. The price is also good & service is nice. Would recommend compared 2 som other car wash garages as the charge 2 much 4 same service.

CRIMINALS- stay away. They will tell you they will cancel your membership then not do so. Their machines are broken and they don't care. Their only 'business' is stealng money.
