ZS seems customer focused. Went the extra mile to help me. Of course it doesn't hurt anything with top of the line products for sale, plus makes it easier when you believe in your merchandise. I think that they do.

Great service every time I called them .

I absolutely love this TRX-1 scanner. I had to use a visa gift card and another CC for payment and they worked with me over the phone to do so. They were extremely helpful. I recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a scanner.

No pressure sales, was given recommendations, after I made my choice the scanner was programed so all I had to do is turn it on. It was delivered ahead of schedule and I am totally satisfied.

My HomePatrol 1 scanner wasn't working anymore so I got in contact with Zip Scanners and chatted with a customer service representative online. I explained what I want and Jesse took time to answer my many questions and concerns about it. I ended up ordering one and had it programmed to my choice and liking. I highly recommend Zip Scanners to anyone who wants to listen and be able to scan local county agencies.

Great Customer Service & Support 5 Stars. They follow through when they say they will do something and they do it. They even asked me what time would be convenient for a call back and they did call me back right on time. I would do business with them again if needed.

Caught a nice Cyber Monday sale on a TRX-1 Scanner. Could not be happier! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, solid product, and I was scanning in 15 minutes.
