I believe the issue on your Whistler WS1088 scanner is not the SD card we programmed but with that scanner model itself. There is an easy fix on this but only the manufacturer can address. This is what the error code you are getting tells us. So the programming if fine, it's a system error and we recommend calling Whistler support to address: 866.923.8719 We provide lifetime support so we will not leave you hanging but at this point the solution is to contact Whistler directly, they will fix issue and your programming will work. If you'd like to discuss call me, Nixon at: 737.777.9876

Kazakhstan - we do not ship to this country due to fraud. All of our info is 'realistic' but, as I have messaged you several times we do not accept CC payments to the country of Kazakhstan. This is due to fraud prevention. We do accept other forms of payments but you declined to pay this way. You placed your order online and we refunded immediately. Not sure what else we could have done on this.

Hi George - sorry that you had a negative experience but no scanner software is compatible with Mac's. Not the Sentinel or EZ Scan software that come with some Uniden & Whistler models or any aftermarket software. We call this out on the product page of every scanner we sell including the one you purchased. While scanner software will not work on Mac's, we sell scanners to Mac owners all the time. Since you bought a BCD436HP scanner we could have programmed an SD card set up for your area. We offered to do this for free but you declined as you wanted to program via your computer which there was no way of doing. Other Mac owners have bowered a PC from a friend or family member to set up their scanner which you declined as well. We also sell a $200 PC computer which you could have used to program your computer. We tried to make this work for you but unfortunately there is no way of setting this up via Mac. We changed a restocking fee per our terms as you took everything out of the box and we could not sell as new. Also, as we have free shipping the restocking fee covers the shipping costs. As a small business we really pride ourselves on customer service and we take negative reviews like this very serious as they greatly affect our ability to stay in business.

Hi Craig - Sorry you were disappointed but as we discussed before you purchased as well as a few times after, the railroad package is à la carte. This is stated on the product page a few times as well. The only thing you paid for was the radio, which you received. The package can include programming, adapters, cases and more but you did not add these to your order so we did not ship them. As each users needs are different, all of our packages are à la carte so everyone can choose what they need and not have to pay for unnecessary things. As we discussed, you can still add the additional items and we can remote log in to your computer and program this for you today, but we cannot do for free. Or you could return the scanner as well for a refund if you still have it. As a very small company we really pride ourselves on customer service and negative reviews like this really affect our business.
