I highly recommend Zip Scanners. I was not familiar with scanners and had many questions before purchasing the WS1095. Luke and I e:Mailed back and forth and he was absolutely great with helping me understand which scanner would best meet my needs. I had Zip Scanners program 4 counties -- I took the scanner out of the box -- attached antenna; plugged it in; turned on the power and immediately started hearing exactly what I explained to Luke I wanted to hear. I love your decision tree! I don’t know that much about scanners and your simple DUH! approach was easy to follow! And your hit my questions right on the head with my understanding of technology. I do think I know a bit about technology……. My question is what I know applicable to scanners. I decided no! For two reasons: ---Price! Not that big of difference and I will get it up and running the first time. ---Additional helps! Yup, I break stuff trying to fix it. Then I get stuff even more broken by trying to figure it out and do more damage. Your service can help untangle that weave.
