Received scanner in 3 days. It was as advertised.

I have not had much contact with ZIP SCANNERS up till now so I can't say too much about them !

No Problems with my order

Zip Scanners did everything they could to locate my package that the post office lost. Through no fault of there own.

The email receipt for my order read under shipping particulars that you would email the tracking info by the end of the next business day. However, the line just above reads in part "We'll ship your order ASAP". Conflicting statements in my opinion. I ordered before 5 AM CST on a Thursday, Then waited until the following Tuesday, the 5th business day after submitting my order to ask what happened to my tracking info. I was THEN told one of your warehouses was waiting on an order to arrive for my purchase to be sent out. Improvement with customer communications needs addressed to keep us advised of situations contrary to your email contents. At the time of ordering, I purchased for the programming of one (1) county to the SD card. My SD card was void of any programming. Possibly the card is being sent separately so I'll wait for a bit longer. Overall, ZipScanners is one of the best places to purchase a scanner with numerous informational items online to read or watch for the product you are interested in. In addition to their best prices and services to the customers. Thank you

I bought a uniden 436 BCD HD about 1.5 years ago .It took me a long time to understand the operation of the scanner.once I figured out how it operates. I enjoy listing to it .Niagara county ny where I live went digital with police & fire.now I can listen to them.I have had bear cat / uniden scanners for many years. I like uniden scanners cause their easy to operate

One of the few US companies willing to ship overseas. Very reasonable prices. And when something goes wrong, as it did recently with another purchase, they fixed it. Could improve communication with the customer a little more. Given 4 out of 5 stars because no one is perfect.

One of the best scanner sites. Pricing very competitive and advice great. Only reason not 5 star always seemed rushed on phone or chat. Paid for set up but when received no documentation of what set up frequency programmed. Yes; I could use the software to review them but it would be an added value to have the reference.
