I recently purchased a BCD436HP from Zip Scanners and was honestly a little hesitant because other members of my fire company had purchased from larger companies. I called and spoke directly to Luke who listened and guided me to the scanner that did what I needed. No high pressure just good conversation. I received the unit on time and was very satisfied with my purchase. When I got the programmed chip (which ships separately) I mistakenly thought it was blank. I typed "Hi" into the online chat after hours and Luke responded. I was sent another chip without question. By the time I got the second chip I had read more about the software and it worked perfectly. Good service, lower price and nice folks to work with! What more could you ask for?

I came across the website accidentally because most other stores had the radio on back order during the expected arrival date. The product was on back order because it was new.
