They were very quick and efficient in handling my order. I placed my order on a Saturday, had my TRX-1 in my hands on the following Wednesday. They answered my questions and they have some YouTube videos available which provide insight.

I purchased my BCD436HP late in the day on 9-29-16. It was delivered Monday 10-3-16. Shipping time was the same as Amazon (Prime). The price was lower. No Shipping and no tax. Saved $30. The website was well designed and easy to get around. Chat function worked great. The learning center with videos was a bonus. I do not care for Amazon's website. If (when) I need a little customer support, I look forward to the call. (unlike Amazon) With a little luck, perhaps Nixon will pick up the phone! He seems to be everywhere. I will use ZipScanners again.
