I ordered a scanner antenna for my car and received the incorrect one. They were very fast in getting the correct one out to me. They even sent it to me and then let me send the incorrect one after I received the replacement. Most companies would require you to send back the incorrect one before they replace it with right product. I will definitely be using them for all my scanner needs.

After chatting with Nixon over at Zipscanners I pulled the trigger on a TRX-1, the only issue I had was with USPS being swamped for the holidays - but that is not their fault. Zipscanners was excellent! Affordable price, no tax, and helpful person to person contact - some other scanner retailers should take note if they want to remain competitive.

Hi Stephan I'm glad I was able to provide you with some useful information so you could decide on which scanner is best for you. Sorry about USPS being slow over the holiday weekend, It is really out of our control once we drop off packages, so thanks so much for being understanding. Hope you have a blast with your new TRX-1 We truly appreciate your busines. -Nixon

I ordered the TRX-1 on a Friday and received it on Monday. Super fast shipping and great packaging. Boxes were received in perfect condition. No crushed boxes like normal mail order. Product box protected by plastic bag. Not even a scratch on the box . Very impressed! I had a problem with the unit. I gave them a call and they answered right away and had me up and running again within five minutes. The best online dealer that I have ever ordered from! They actually put packing material in the box to prevent shipping damage. Five stars all the way!
