Received my scanner yesterday afternoon. I am enjoying playing with my new "toy". The Manuel is a little hard to decipher, but I am slowly figuring things out. I am glad that I had you guys program it. I woul really be lost if you hadn't of done that for me. I'm sure that I will have to call once in a while when I get stuck. You guys are awesome. Happy scanning to you. Thank you.

Your website's chat made my purchase easy, and your telephone helpline solved a problem I was having getting the tight-fitting rubber case off of my new TRX-1 scanner. The radio was programmed exactly as I ordered, and was shipped early the next day (after ordering online on a Sunday evening). And, the best price on the internet!
