I thought the overall ordering experience went well. I placed the order in the evening, and they called to verify it the next day. It did take a little while to connect with them, but I think it is fair to say that this is a small company. They did offer a few additional accessories, as well as their programming service, but were not at all pushy when I declined. I was upgrading from an older Uniden scanner, so had already had an vehicle antenna and experience with programming. New scanner arrived in two days. Price was the best I could find in the internet. If you have never programmed a scanner before, you may want to take them up on their programming services. I switched from a Uniden to a Whistler TRX-2 scanner, which meant using a different programming software. There definitely was a learning curve with the new software as well as the scanner itself. If I had not already had experience programming scanners for trunked systems, there's no way I would have figured out how to get the new scanner up and running on my own. After a little trial and error, the new scanner is working great.
