I've had my scanner for about 4-5 years and I wasn't very happy about what I was hearing on it. I wasn't getting much of what I wanted to hear. And then surfing through the internet, I came across this site and so I gave them a try. Changing the sim card brought my scanner back to life. I am getting more traffic now. Thank you Zip Scanners.

I can't thank ZIPSCANNERS enough, My scanner TXR1 came 3 dayz after I ordered it from their site, I had them program it . I messed up some how updating the library scanner was dead, I called and talked to Jessie (customer support), Very easy to talk to. I the got a call from Nixon (Tech Support) It was my fault the SDCard got erased, I called ZIP and Nixon sent a new programed SDcard was sent with no charge, Thanx ZIP and crew! I don't think Amazon Prime couldn't of got to my door faster. than the Team at ZIPSCANNERS! If any body is wanting to buy a scanner there is no other place to purchase one! Once again to Jessie and Nixon.just want to tell how again,THAN YOU VERY MUCH. Regards, JBV.

Fabulous service, quick shipping and easy how-to videos. My MIL loved her scanner for her birthday. It was so easy to program using their video on the website she was able to program it on her own. :)
