What an easy and quick process it was to find a new tenant for my rental. Everything from the photos being taken (and being able to upload some myself), to constant information about the process, quick to get help if I needed, and reliable zip score. I am used to doing this all by myself but from now on I will be using Ziprent.

The leasing process was great! Ziprent was very good at communicating between us and the owner. Their response time and customer service is top notch! We are excited to work with Ziprent in our new rental.

The application process was very simple and easy to follow. The process was also very quick and everyone I spoke with was very helpful and professional.

Ziprent team swung into action from the time I made the first contact for my Rental Property in Tracy CA. The speed with which the Photographer engaged in getting to the property and the quality of work performed to get it right the first time with Drone pictures of the community, the exterior and the interiors was simply commendable. The user friendly Ziprent portal made it so well organized to update the application process very easy, and a one stop shop for all documentation for leasing process. All were done within less than 2 weeks. Ziprent found within 3 days of posting me our tenants, completely verified for credit, Rental history and background checks and lease agreement signed with initial payments done. On the whole, what an amazing experience!!

I have worked with many property management platforms in the last 5-7 years. Ziprent platform stands out as the best of the best. Whoever designed this deserves an award. They have meticulously thought about all the pain points from both tenant and owner perspective to try and solve the user experience problem. Few things that stood out for me was how an owner can switch from one property to another using the dropdown, main options such as lease, rent, onboarding questionnaire available on the left etc. Also the different aliases such as leasing, repairs, onboarding, manager, escalations is so well thought out. The agent who are resolving the tickets/queries just pick up from where the last agent left off to provide a seamless/smooth UX. And they respond 24/7/365. The weekly digest email summarizes everything and this gives a feeling that someone is actively managing our investments 24/7 and that we are in safe hands. Amazing people, processes and technology platform. Thank you Ziprent team.
