Very happy with the service. The team works quickly to help landlords fill their vacancies and they are on top of all the threads all the time. On top of that, the flat fee pricing model and no obligation contracts are amazing. Overall, great service and value.

Second to none with this staff 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

From the very beginning from Doing the application, from Uploading documents, to paying everything has been so smooth and easy. Very organized and I love it!

We used Ziprent to find an apartment for rent, and the entire process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. After submitting our application, we received a quick decision and were approved in no time. We decided to move in, and to our delight, the home was thoroughly cleaned, well-maintained, and any necessary repairs were already taken care of. The Ziprent team was highly responsive and efficient in addressing all our questions, both before and after we moved in. It's been four months now, and our experience has been nothing short of excellent. We truly appreciate their professionalism, transparency, and commitment to making the rental process stress-free. We would definitely recommend Ziprent to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient rental service.
