Ziprent provides comprehensive end to end tenant placement services from listing to lease signing. They have a dedicated and knowledgeable staff. I have used their services 3 times during the past few years and obtained favorable results each time.

Ziprent makes it easy to make rent payments and communicate home issues with the landlord. They always respond quickly and professionally to any inquiries I have regarding our rental and utilities. They make it easy to request repairs as well. I would recommend them to both home owners renting properties and renters alike.

My wife and I had a great experience leasing a condo managed by Ziprent. 1. They use technology perfectly to automate all the right things in the leasing and property management. So the process of leasing was pretty seamless and not very complicated. Very well set up for auto triggering of sms and emails for the next tasks and the website is pretty clean and clear. 2. I guess having central contact point through ziprent leasing email domain was good since we were getting relatively quick response. 3. Not having a single person to contact or talk to while going through the whole process was a little uneasy. Knowing we can text or call someone specific for our lease process is somehow reassuring. But it was not needed as such since everything went well. If there was some assistance needed, then I am guessing they have good process in place. Glad we didn’t go through that though.

Excellent communication and professional staff. Always knew when potential tenant were going to tour the property and any feedback. This really helped make minor fixes before next tour. Also their network of repair companies is great. Good quality at reasonable prices. Everything obe would want in a property management company.
