We looked for a house to rent for months and viewed several properties with different companies. Once we looked with Ziprent we were able to find the perfect place in a matter of a few weeks! The showing was self guided, the property manager emailed us in advance to confirm the showing and gave us access to the home. Once we decided to apply for the property the correspondence was frequent and thorough, any questions we had were answered promptly. The application process was easy and quick. We move in next month and can't wait!

We came across Ziprent when we were searching for A Property Management Company for our rental house. At first, we wanted to look for tenants ourselves. We read lots of information online, went through lots of legal documents to make sure we can do the right thing from the beginning. We both have full time jobs. After all of those studying, we realized that we wouldn't have enough time and experience to take care of this in our own hands. And we were so happy that we chose Ziprent. Right after we signed up with Ziprent, they made the ball rolled. We needed time to renovate our rental house, Ziprent frequently checked and advised us what should be ready for next steps. Then when the house was ready, the professional photographer came and gave our house so many beautiful photos. Thank you, Chris Hong! We really like Ziprent portal, where we could see the ongoing process of the tenant's placement. We could know what day, what time and what visitors would come to the house. Ziprent has a great system to look for tenants. They have a daily report for all activities during the day. And what we appreciate the most is Ziprent is not only a software, but they are hardworking humans. They literally work 24 hours. They answered all of our concerns, responded to our requests and they also considered our thoughts. We have received emails from more than 5 people from Ziprent but we felt like we were working with 1 person. Their teamwork is amazing. As a result, Ziprent found a good tenant group for our house in 2 weeks. We are happy to work with Ziprent in tenant's placement process and look forward to having them managing our property from now on.

Super fast communication, and seamless application/renting interface.

Using Ziprent to search for rentals and ultimately rent was easy and efficient. The staff, Anna, Katherine, Gavin and Harrison were professional and always gave excellent customer service to us as renters. Ziprent staff were immediately available and responsive to all of our questions and particularly in resolving issues with the owner. Their follow up with us was and still is always timely. We were surprised and pleased that they were available until 10 pm at night for the Ziprent clients. The Ziprent payment system for monthly rent is easy and convenient to use. The reminders for various issues is appreciated. We are positively recommending Ziprent services to our family and friends for either landlord or tenant management.
