ZiprentReviews of ziprent.com

Another great leasing experience. Ziprent has always found qualified tenants very quickly. I used to handle turnovers myself and having Ziprent's expertise and great staff take over has been one of the best business decisions I have made. The ongoing management is both affordable and fantastic. I highly recommend.

Ziprent was incredibly easy, very professional and always responsive to my "many" questions. They made a stressful situation as pain free and simple as could be. Thank you for helping my family get into our dream home!

I ended up listing two of my homes with ziprent to rent our houses and they were great, they took pictures and listed the house quick.

I have been with Ziprent for over a year. The great thing about this rental service is it provides one platform for all rental, rent and repair needs. There is a constant feeds regarding tenant leads, visits and the application process. I have found this to be very convenient. If I ever have a need to communicate to tenants, ziprent takes care of this conveying to them. I have recommended this to my couple friends and I hope this feedback will reach them or anyone to utilize this service.

Our experience during the leasing process was great!! It was our first time hearing about Ziprent and using Ziprent, so we were a bit confused at times not for the instructions, but for the fact that there was no human interaction. I don’t live in the area close to my fiancé or the rental property, therefore my fiancé and I found it very convenient that everything was done electronically. The whole process was very quick and efficient, so we are both very satisfied!!

Truly impressive! Someone always picked up the phone and, more importantly, had great answers kindly delivered - in one case, they even quickly got an attorney to answer a lease question. Everything was speedy and seamless!

I have to say, so far, we have had a very pleasant experience working with Ziprent. First of all, we really like the website and the way the system is set up. It is very easy to see the progress and to find information regarding the leads, showings, leases, etc. Also, we really appreciate that everyone is very quick to respond. We like the fact that there is no one person assigned to our property and that everything is handled by the team. This results in a very quick communication with no hassle on any of the parties involved. Ziprent did a great job doing credit/background checks of applicants and chose a qualified tenant for our property. The qualification criteria that is set at Ziprent is very close to our own (we used to manage our property before) and we are happy that they even called to verify the information. Overall, they provide a quality service for the money. It's worth it and I would recommend to my family/friends who own rental properties.

We had a great experience using Ziprent! It was very convenient to be able to view the property at a time that worked for us and the leasing process went smoothly and quickly. They made the moving in process very easy and they were very responsive to any questions we had. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the house and how well it's been maintained. We definitely recommend Ziprent!
