ZiprentReviews of ziprent.com

I gave Ziprent a 5! This is the first time I've become a landlord & didn't want to hassle with finding honest tenants so I checked out different companies. By far this was the best choice I made. All the representatives have been so helpful & on it with everything from start to end. Plus you can't beat the price to have a Property Manager to handle everything aswell. My house rented pretty quick & seems like I'll be getting some good tenants. Thank you Ziprent & keep up the good work.

I found their service prompt and professional. Would recommend!

Ziprent has a very professional, responsive and effective team. In addition to finding the right tenant, the Ziprent team maximized my rental income even if their commission was not corelated with it.

After dealing with several property management services I had low expectations for Ziprent, but my experience has been so positive that I felt like leaving a review. The application process is very similar to the competition, however: - I was able to be on the phone with a real person instantly whenever I called their office, without going through a lengthy automated menu - I would receive a follow-up email from the person I had on the phone within 15 minutes which would sum up the conversation and specify what was being done to address the problem I was having All the issues were resolved in a timely manner, which made moving a lot simpler than it has been for me in the past.

Smooth experience with Ziprent as always. This is the second year they manage my property and I only have positive things to say about them. They are very responsive, professional, and helpful. They also make sure to do everything as efficiently and as smoothly as possible for both landlord and tenant(s). I definitely recommend their services.

Excellent customer service provided by Katherine, she was very professional and took care of all our questions in a timely fashion. I was very impressed how quickly she responded via email, and by phone. Katherine made our moving process very easy. I strongly suggest you give her a raise.

We were very pleased with the whole process with ziprent. They provided us with an analysis report so we knew how to price our duplexes. The self showing of the property worked very smoothly and I think most people would prefer to view the property on their own. They were very informative sending updates on inquiries, applications, viewings, deposits etc etc. The website is very easy to use and tracks everything you need. I highly recommend them.

The process was simple. Everyone I spoke to new their business and were polite! Thanks!
