ZiprentReviews of ziprent.com

Ziprent is the best PM I've worked with. The whole process was amazing. Timeliness and initiative were the biggest factors. The Ziprent team got my property on the market within a couple days of me signing with them. The website and email updates are professional and very user friendly. Tenant screening was excellent and communication during the leasing process was great. I appreciated the efficiency, transparency and very fair price for the service.

The ZipRent team has been incredibly responsive and timely in their responses. Always replying thoroughly and comprehensively. They have consistently demonstrated professionalism and courteousness. I have been completely impressed with their support and follow-through. 5 stars and 100% satisfaction!

The Ziprent team was great during the application process! They handled all my questions and concerns in a timely manner and provided succinct and clear information. The website was easy to navigate and they provided easy to follow steps to schedule and view available properties.

I used ziprent to find a rental home. Entire process is very smooth and fast. From viewing the property to lease signing happened over a single weekend. Highly recommend.

It was a seamless and very smooth experience. Quick responses & very helpful.

I just have to say. I am very impressed by the service I was provided by Zip Rent during my process of finding and renting an apartment. The teams very well connected. Very responsive and just quick and and easy. I applied and I was kept in the loop of every step. Alison who helped me the most was amazing ! I am grateful not only because I found the apartment I was looking for but because everyone especially Alison were great and professional. I have rented properties before and most of the times customer service is poor and non helpful. Definitely recommend!

We used Ziprent to help place a tenant and they will continue to manage the property for us. The placement went very smoothly, from first contact to taking photos, getting ad up, to the tenant screening process. Very professional and I liked that they kept me in the loop. The team is very efficient and responsive. Five gold stars!

Ziprent has made finding and renting my new place super seamless. I was able to view the property on my time and have all of my questions answered right away. The customer service exceeded my expectations and made the transition to my new home seamless. Their portal makes it very easy to pay rent and schedule/view any maintenance for the home. I definitely recommend renting a property managed by Ziprent.
