High quality service that is efficient. I was very pleased with the quality tenants (both outgoing and incoming) and that they minimized the vacancy period in between tenants. On the technology side, I also think their online portal is very intuitive.

The staff at Ziprent were very polite and courteous. They communicated with me through every step of the process. They were a great mediator between the owner and myself. Also, they accommodated my schedule entirely.

Ziprent's rental process is smooth from inquiry through move-in. My college-age son needed housing quickly but required a guarantor. The Ziprent staff answered questions with care and compassion. I think how they can provide the quality they do at the price they do is due to their stellar automated systems. The communication was stellar and we are always informed. Ziprent makes the approval process extremely simple and they were very responsive when I needed any help. Move-in was very easy and they work very hard to respond to emails and phone calls so I never felt like I was waiting around for someone to get back to me. I will definitely use them again if I need to move.
