ZiprentReviews of ziprent.com

The Ziprent Team exceeded my expectations in my renting process. The entire team that I came in contact with was helpful throughout the process, making sure to provide me with all information needed and reminding me that they were always there if I had any follow up questions. After every step, the team got back to me very quickly, which made the process smooth and efficient. I would not change a single thing about my experience with Ziprent.

Ziprent made my experience renting incredibly smooth and stress free. They responded swiftly and concisely, and sent automated messages during the leasing process to update me on what my roommates and Co-signer was doing. As a first time renter I was very nervous but they could not have made my experience any better. I am grateful for their service.

Ziprent did it again. This is the 6th time ziprent helped me fill the vacancy and place the tenant. The company is very efficient and reliable. Every step of the process is clearly communicated to the landlord and they do a thorough background check. I am overall very happy with my experience with ziprent and would definitely recommend this company!

Working with Ziprent was smooth and transparent. The service is prompt and immediate. They will update you on the market rental price and a weekly summary of scheduled showings. I've worked with them for two years, and the tenants they searched for in our rental properties are the best. Ziprent is reliable, and their fees are affordable and reasonable compared to others in the market.

Ziprent made the move for my boyfriend and I into our new home so seamless and easy! Ziprent took every action needed and we felt as though they took a lot of weight and worry away from the process. Ziprent always stayed in contact with us to make sure everything went smooth. Thank you Ziprent!

I appreciate Ziprent people's support during my leasing process. Every process always completed faster than I expected. Conversations were very effective and friendly. I am happy to start a new lease with Ziprent. I prefer properties managed by a responsible management company and fortunately I could start a least with Ziprent.

I rarely leave reviews for companies but after working with Ziprent I could not ignore the opportunity to share my experience with them. I tend to struggle with anxiety, which in return makes moving an absolute struggle and nightmare for me. I am so grateful for this company and everyone on the team. They helped us with renting a unit in Los Angeles and the level of customer service we were provided is one that is very rare in our day and age. Every question, every phone call or email we sent were always answered quickly and professionally. We were assisted by different agents yet each one always took our calls with patience and great professionalism. They helped us step by step until our actual move in date. So grateful for them and would absolutely go with them again if I ever needed to. Highly recommend!!
