ZiprentReviews of ziprent.com

I used Ziprent to help me rent out my apartment. It has been an amazing experience. They have market knowledge on how to do this well and communicated with me throughout. I also utilized their service for repairs and it was a quick and seamless process. I am very happy with them.

We are new to Bellevue, and we have a condo to rent. We searched online for a property management and found ziprent. The staff is super responsive and answers all our questions very promptly. After getting the photos taken, they took care of everything and we found a tenant. The whole process is very smooth and the staff are there to answer any questions we have. We highly recommend Ziprent.

Outstanding customer service, especially for a first time landlord. Very responsive and happy to provide extra explanation when needed.

Excellent service from start to finish. Kept me informed every date. Respond to all questions within hours. I have used other management companies. Never again ZIPRENT IS THE BEST 👍

Never had a rental company/landlord with as much communication as Ziprent before. It's so nice - we get regular status updates on the repair process, they have been incredibly responsive with any issues we brought up (before AND after moving in). 10/10 would rent again

Ziprent has bee great, I have no complaints!

The immediate urgency with which I could sign my lease was the best part of finding rental homes with Ziprent. They accepted all the necessary terms and conditions, and I could see my next rental unit at a price and all the amenities I wanted.

Ziprent was incredibly helpful and worked quick to get me and my fiancé into a duplex in short notice. Everything went smoothly and Ziprent was extremely attentive to me as I had a lot of questions and they were able to answer in a timely manner without me having to follow up. Would recommend their services to anyone!
