I’ve had a great experience with Ziprent. During the process, I was consistently receiving communication about where I was in the process and next steps. I didn’t feel like I was in the unknown during the process. Now, the communication has stayed consistent and their response to my email are polite and timely!

I have four properties being managed by Ziprent. The entire process of advertising, processing applications, showing, selecting & onboarding tenants and handling repairs and collecting and depositing rent has been very smooth. This has allowed me to focus on the part of real estate I enjoy most - buying properties.

Overall the process was extremely efficient. Communication and follow-ups were excellent. Pricing was great. Ziprent was able to set up my account, get the property listed on Zillow and other sites, schedule showings and help sign the lease in a little over 3 weeks. Ziprent's tenant screening and qualification process is a great addition. I highly recommend Ziprent!

Ziprent literally takes my worries away. We manage two homes while living temporarily abroad and couldn’t wait for Ziprent to move into the Austin market. We were already managing a home in another state through Ziprent and have been pleased with the easy-to-use platform and quick customer service. Last year we used an agent to list our Austin home. It took us 3 months and painful process to make sure everything was done properly. With Ziprent it took 1 week, and as an added bonus have access to your vendors to bid our projects. Complete 180 and loving it!

Ziprent is full of trustworthy and professional individuals that will help take the stress out of being a landlord! I'm so glad I found their services as I was getting nowhere with the previous property management company I was using. From the get go I received a call to answer any questions about their process and representatives that were responsive and efficient. I utilize their tenant placement and monthly management services and am content with the whole process. The only issue was response times to some time sensitive matters but I still was able to reach a representative when I needed to. I recommend ziprent to any landlord, you get such high quality service for a low flat rate!
