ZiprentReviews of ziprent.com

All I have to say is Ziprent is amazing! I went through ziprent when applying for a condo to rent. The process was so easy and straightforward. I received helpful emails/texts regarding updates on the status of my application, they even helped set up an appointment for me to tour the condo that worked best around my schedule. Staff members at ziprent also make sure they are available to answer any questions or concerns in a timely manner, I highly recommend ziprent for your rental needs.

Although very different from the traditional renting/leasing procedure people are used to, Ziprent made it very simple to get into the new property at ease. I was extremely satisfied with their customer service from beginning to end. They have made sure to get all of my questions/concerns to the appropriate parties within a reasonable amount of time. One thing I will miss is the human interaction you receive when having to do this all in person but it is convenient for people who may live a very busy life. 10/10 recommend and I hope to continue to work with Ziprent.

Rent the place in a week, really amazing! swift response and great support team

I’m a tenant going through the leasing process through Ziprent. Working with them has been fantastic. Each time that I’ve called, which has been quite a lot, I’ve received excellent customer service. The team is friendly, professional, and they’ve been super helpful in many ways. All communication has been easy and clear, and I love that they follow up each phone call with an email. I highly recommend using their service.

responsible, and friendly.

I have employed 7 property managers in the 13 years I've owned rental properties in 4 different cities. Ziprent is by far and away the most efficient in lining up tenants for viewing and allowing the owner to have input in selecting the best qualified. Their system is amazing and it is astonishing to see the showings and applications come in in real time. They had roughly 45 showings in about 8 days resulting in several applicant groups, and I was able to pick what I thought were the best qualified tenant. My other property managers usually take several weeks or more to find a good tenant, and I have no input as o , who is often not the best qualified but merely the first person in time (per timestamp on application) that meets their marginal requirements. I never had a mgmt co bother to have a professional photographer (at their expense) take a 3d walkthrough of my unit which greatly increases interest in the property. The pictures made the unit look incredible. Ziprent also allows an owner to require a higher deposit on a more marginally qualified tenant and make that type of risk decision. Never had that opportunity with other management companies. The availability of ziprent staff on nights and weekends is amazing. Never happens at other property management companies who never answer a phone on a weekend, holiday or after 5 pm. For all of these reasons, I highly recommend ziprent.

I've been utilizing Ziprent for my San Francisco property since 2021, and I recently went through the process of replacing a tenant. I must say, the experience was flawless and straightforward. Within just six days of listing the unit, I successfully found new tenants. Thanks to Ziprent's streamlined processes, my property's vacancy rate has remained impressively low, consistently staying below 3%. I attribute a significant portion of this success to Ziprent's efficient services.

We have been using ZipRent for more than two years now. Extraordinary tenant placement and property management service. The whole tenant placement process is simple and efficient. Always great communication. Highly recommend their services!
