Overall we have had a great experience with Ziprent thus far. Recently purchased a single family home rental property and this was our first experience with a property management company. I had looked into a few others but appreciated their responsiveness and flexibility in services. The whole tenant placement experience was really smooth and so far we’re happy. I wish we had had a little more guidance in terms of pricing our property because although I chose the very top of their provided comps range, I do feel that their estimates were too low for our specific property, but that’s partially my fault as well.

Their responsiveness is impressive. They handled all my inquiries and concerns with great care and attention. The entire leasing journey was smooth. Our experience with Ziprent has been seamless. In a competitive rental market we were worried that we may not find a new place in time. Thankfully, that was not the case. Our new landlords used Ziprent to market their home and select new tenants. Our experience was easy and can only imagine that it made things easier for the landlords as well as they said they were getting hundreds of contacts and tens of applications in only a few days, which is hard to filter through. Ziprent arranged a viewing for us in record time, after which we were sent a link to submit an application. The application process was pain free and we heard back from Ziprent within 48 hours that we were selected as tenants. In the interim process it was easy to contact them for updates from the landlord and have our questions answered. Probably the best part about our experience was being able to sign and handle the new leasing agreement electronically which was quite convenient and seemingly secure - no need to print and scan. After that we were put in direct contact with the landlords. All in all a great experience that moved things along at record speed.

Ziprent made the process of renting a home very easy! Communication is top priority with this agency and they have shown just that. I felt very comfortable speaking with any agent I called up to help with any problems and then finding quick solutions. I continue to go to ZipRent when I need Tenant Placement or management service and have done it 3 times now. Their processes from initial listing to following up on leads to showing the property to following up w/ prospective Tenants - all is very streamlined and super efficient. The staff is also very responsive and fast. I highly recommend them.

Great application and virtual lease signing experience. Initially found and applied to a rental, the viewing process was super easy and straightforward. That application was denied due to going with another applicant so they offered to transfer our paid application to another available rental which was great. Market is competitive right now and we had already spent over $100 in application fees so far. We found another property and had a viewing scheduled right away. We had some questions about the property and the reps at ziprent were incredibly responsive, informative, and professional. We had all questions answered and lease signed in 24 hours. Overall very satisfied with the experience from a renters perspective.
