I'm a first time landlord and I have had the best experience thus far with ZipRent. From the beginning, their team has been extremely helpful and communicative. They explain everything clearly via email and via phone. They clearly lay out the options and are extremely professional. I really can't speak highly enough of how quick and efficient their process is. I utilized their property management and tenant placement service and the value I got from their services was extremely worth it. Overall, I recommend ziprent for your property management. Plus their website and portal is very good.

Ziprent team is a professional property mgmt company, rents home quickly, provides low cost maintenance vendors, avoids unnecessary expensive repairs saves money for the owners and advises appropriate tenant after thorough background check who can take care of the property and pay rent on time.

I like Ziprent as the customer service is very good, but can have slow responses at time. When they respond they’re very helpful telling what you’re missing on the application and recommends what to put on the application.

We have just completed the lease renewal with Ziprent. The renewal process is very efficient. The quick response of the leasing team to our request in amending the lease is also impressive.
