I submitted an application for a house on Decmeber 9 and by December 16, my application was accepted and I'll be moving into my new home at the start of the new year. The application and communication process was seamless. The communication turnaround was fast and all the representatives who answered our questions were very clear and detailed. I definitely recommend renting a space through them!

I rented a place through Ziprent this month. They work online, it is very unique but fast and professional. I scheduled my tour online, I could pick which day and what time frame that I wanted to see the property. Then I received a code to get the key of the property. Their instruction is very clear and I entered the property easily. I communicated with the landlord through Ziprent and signed a lease quickly. Ziprent also arranged my walk through after signing the lease and they have a very clear online form for feedback information and you can upload pics as well which is very nice. Then my landlord did repairs quickly. I will be moving in the end of this month. The whole process is very smooth, and Ziprent staffs are very nice and helpful. Overall, it's a great experience!

Landlord here. I recently used Ziprent to rent out my property. I always find renting out the property extra stressful. This is the first time I have used a property management company. I called around and read tons of reviews before going with Ziprent. They were for sure the best pricing. Well, I was blown away by how easy they made the process. They essentially handled everything from the showings, screening, walkthrough, documents, and lease paperwork to collecting the deposits and rent. I was beyond happy to pay their fee. I will continue to use them in the future.

Just recently I decided to sell my house and move to a smaller space. Being middle aged and having a rental history from the 1980's has made this process daunting. I was so very grateful that some properties are working with Ziprent. What a game changer. They have made the process of touring a prospective home easy. They give you plenty of times and days to choose when you want to schedule a self guided tour. You don't have to wait for a property manager or owner. Their instructions on how to use the lock box to access the key is very clear and they provide numbers to call should you have any questions or problems accessing the property. They even have a short video tutorial. After touring a home they get back to you promptly should you have any questions or concerns. Both Ziprent properties I toured were very clean and access was easy. The other thing I liked is that you have a two hour window in which to view the homes. I'm relieved when I see that it is a Ziprent property knowing that everything will go smoothly.
