Ziprent was quick and easy!! I had help and support from a competent staff every step of the way. It took just a few days for ziprent to send a photographer out and take pictures, then do the tenant placement and sign the contract.. before you know it I had a deposit from the tenants in my bank account. I definitely recommend Ziprent for your property management needs.

As a tenant, I can't recommend Ziprent enough! Their platform made my rental journey smooth and stress-free. When I started looking for a house in San Francisco Bay Area, Ziprent's search feature made it easy to find the perfect match. The application and lease signing process was a breeze! I uploaded my documents, submitted my application, and received an approval in no time. The online portal made submitting maintenance requests and paying rent a piece of cake. Plus, their customer service team was always friendly and responsive.

Ziprent made is super easy to rent out my place. They came and did a full inspection of my property and took professional 3d photos and had it rented within a week. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Ziprent has made renting our home in San Francisco so easy ! Everyone has been prompt at responding to any questions I had. They communicate well and are professional and friendly. I definitely recommend using Ziprent !

Ziprent is transparent in their costs and their service is speedy. We listed a rental right before the New Year holiday weekend and they were reachable through the weekend when some questions arose. They answer the phone and they are helpful. They are really great about follow-up as well to keep everything on track. Personally, I love the automation their website software brings to the process. It allowed us to complete a lease over the holiday weekend with little issue that were quickly resolved by the support staff.

This was my first time using Ziprent for my rental and I will say it was the most seamless process. I first saw the property listing and was able to view the property the same day. I liked that I got to take my time viewing the property and it helped me realize the property was a perfect fit. I ended up applying and then signing my lease with Ziprent. The application process was super easy and user friendly. I had a question about the property and reached out to a representative. I received communication within 2 minutes and it really made me feel like I made the right choice for my rental. The move in process was also a breeze and I felt like Ziprent kept me up to date on the process from start to end.

Ziprent work online, it is very unique, fast and professional. I scheduled my tour online, I could pick which day and what time frame that I wanted to see the property. Then I received a code via text to get the key of the property. Their instruction is very clear and easy to enter the rental. Then my landlord did repairs quickly. Overall, it's a great experience!
