As a Rental Home Owner, I would highly recommend ZipRent. I found working with ZipRent efficient, timely and frictionless. I appreciated the Daily Activity Reports as well as the Weekly Digest of the previous weeks activities. The Home Dashboard/Portal is quite handy … at any point in the day (I checked twice a day) you can check your Dashboard and be up to speed on Leads, Showings, Applications, etc - all without having to make a phone call! And, when a live conversation is required, ZipRent was always reachable via phone and great on follow through.
