Highly communicative, easy to use, and responsive!

Ziprent is absolutely great to work with. They placed a tenant on our rental property in 4 days. Can't speak less about excellent customer service they have. Easy to use softwares and they keep you posted at every stage. Completely transparent process. Tenant placement or management fees is flat fee and very competent. Looking forward to have them manage our property for a long time!

I would have preferred to be informed and see the description before making it available for public. Your collective advice was much appreciated since it is my first experience. About TESLA storage wall addition, I would have added this in the beginning instead a note at the end since it is needed during power outage for work from home population.
