This was 4th time using Ziprent for renting properties in Northern cal. Easy to communicate with and generally responds within 24 hours. Everything is done online and they handle everything from inspection to photography to listing to vetting applicants. The agents are professional and courteous. This last time, they advised that i change the monthly rent to higher rate given the response the property was getting and they were right!

This was my first time using Ziprent to find guests, and it was a fantastic experience. I learned a lot from them. They were fast, enthusiastic, professional, patient, sincere, and responsible. There was always someone to answer the phone and patiently explain every step, which enabled me to find very satisfactory guests. I am very grateful to Ziprent for their hard work, which made me happy and at ease.

We had a great experience with the leasing department at Ziprent. This is my first time renting through Ziprent and I have been very impressed. Overall, everyone we talked to on the phone and over email was very responsive and communicative. I also find the portal very easy to use and like that everything is in one place which makes keeping track of everything much easier.
