ZiprentReviews of ziprent.com

Very responsive, very professional, no hassle. My property was rented a day after ZipRent put it in the market. Their fees are the most competitive in the market for an excellent job.

Fast response easy process to set everything up.

Excellent customer service made my experience great. This company is very nice to deal with, I really enjoyed their professionalism.

This is one of the most professional leasing services that I have used so far. When one of my friend referred me to this I was skeptical whether or not to use this service. For a brief period I decided to try to place tenant on my own and it was so much difficult cause most of the times I was hit by spam calls or some people texting me asking me for other services such as AirBnb or etc. I would say I am very much glad that I used zip rent for getting potential good profile tenants for my residence. I am not only impressed by speed and timely action by you guys I am equally surprised that everytime I call I could talk to the agent Agents were so helpful and quick in assessing and assisting me. They guided me as to what should I do and not do. When I got a profile which was average Zip rent agent told me we will find you a better profile and they delivered. I am happy to have trusted Ziprent for my residence. I will spread the word across and hope my fellow friends also benefit as I did. Thank you so much for your help and quick responses . Appreciate it and keep up the good work.

I just used Ziprent services for my most recent rental experience. From start to finish, the process was not only efficient but surprisingly enjoyable. All rental documentation is handled electronically through their portal. No more back and forth with PDFs and emails that might not work on your computer. It is extremely convenient to manage all info and payments through emails and their portal. This made it super efficient to move forward with the deposit and signing the lease, and so I can focus on better things like packing and relocating. I definitely recommend this service for a convenient, efficient, and stress free renting experience. More landlords should have this.

I am thrilled with Ziprent's service to find a new tenant for my townhouse. Ziprent was recommended to me by another property owner in my community. I used to handle finding renters myself, but I figured that I would see how well Ziprent could do - especially because I had to travel away from the area. Ziprent was able to use their "self serve" process to show the townhouse to a lot of interested parties, and the new tenants have already moved in. The process was fast, cost less than other property management companies, and I got "top dollar". Their high-quality photography and 3D tour helped the property look at its best. I have decided to use Ziprent for the ongoing property management. It's too soon for me to say, but I expect that they'll continue to be responsive, professional and effective.

I had a fantastic experience with ZipRent's customer service. It was incredibly easy and comfortable to communicate with their team. The customer service agents were not only knowledgeable but also impressively quick in providing solutions to any issues I had. Their efficiency and expertise made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

They manage the heck out of my rent! Great experience!
