ZiprentReviews of ziprent.com

Ziprent made everything so easy with a really responsive team and offered clarity in the process. We could schedule out our own visits to property and still have contact points for questions. Thanks for your help in the process!

Ziprent found a new tenant with in 10 days. That is very fast.

As a landlord based in Ottawa, ON, the prospect of relocating to Washington state for work initially seemed daunting. However, my experience with Ziprent completely transformed what could have been a stressful process into a streamlined and positive journey. From the outset, Ziprent's responsiveness was exceptional. Despite the geographical distance and the inherent complexities of moving, they facilitated the rental process with remarkable efficiency and professionalism. Their team represented my interests superbly in negotiations with the landlord, ensuring that my needs and concerns were addressed with the utmost care. What stood out to me was their attention to detail and the promptness with which they responded to all my queries. No question was too small, and their helpfulness was consistent throughout the entire process. Their customer service is truly commendable, and it's evident that they prioritize client satisfaction. Having signed the lease, I can reflect on the process with nothing but positive feedback. The ease with which everything was handled by Ziprent has left me impressed and grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of rental assistance, especially those who are navigating the rental market from a distance. Ziprent doesn't just find you a place to live; they provide peace of mind, and that is invaluable.

This was my first time ever using Ziprent as a platform to rent and I found that it was very easy to use and quick to apply to the places I wanted! My partner and I were 100% satisfied with the process and are super excited to move into our new apartment. Ziprent is perfect for anyone trying to find a home without wanting to stress about the whole process. Thank you!

Great management team and efficient service. I especially like their transparency with their client. Ziprent is definitely a reliable property management company that you can trust for.

ZipRent made the entire tenant placement process a breeze. I didn’t want the stress of having to figure out how to do background checks and credit checks. I didn’t even know where to begin and they did all of that and so much more. They were very responsive to my emails and kept me in the loop during the entire process. Their prices are extremely reasonable and were the least expensive of all the property management companies I spoke to. I look forward to continue working with them

Ziprent made the entire leasing process - verification of finances, review of documents, payment of the security deposit + rent a coordinated breeze. From application to securing the property in <12 hours.

Good response from the team for my queries in no time.
