Ziprent was amazing. I live in CA, but have property in NV. Ziprent made everything so easy and communicated about EVERYTHING, so I wasn’t in the dark or nervous about what was going on. Plus, I wasn’t looking for a Property Manager after the initial placement and a lot of companies require that, so it was perfect. Ziprent doesn’t get paid until a tenant is placed, so they are highly motivated. Great experience!

This is my first time utilizing an all automated/online property manager, but thus far, it's been an incredible experience. I initially toured the property with the current tenants, who were able to give me a good idea and feel of the neighborhood, property management and their overall experience. It seems like an odd idea, current tenants touring prospective tenants, but it's actually invigorating and you get a good sense of what you're getting yourself into. From the moment of leaving the property and being immediately contacted by the leasing manager via text, to the application process being processed expeditiously, to the lease signing....it has been seamless. The customer service is unmatched. Paying the deposit and rent online is quick and easy. This has been a great experience and I would definitely recommend this company to others.
