Zip Moving and Storage is a class act
Zip Moving and Storage is a class act. From the first inquiry to the actual move, they were detail oriented and professional. They adhered to their original cost estimate for the job. If you are looking for a move with quality service, call this company first.

The movers worked hard
The movers worked hard. The pricing seemed high for the job. I had to remind employees to please wear masks while working and in my home. I am disappointed that I had to remind workers to wear a mask during COVID-19. I felt like my items were handled with average care. The boxes were piled very high in my home and the boxes they wrapped had multiple items thrown inside. I also had a shelf that was stacked with boxes and the shelf ended up breaking in one of my closets. The truck was backed into my yard and left large tire tracks. I gave them permission to do this but now I regret it.

Thank you for your review. We are glad to hear that the movers worked hard as always. We follow CDC guidelines concerning Covid-19 and all of our trucks are equipped with Sanitation Kits. We are genuinely concerned about the issues in your review and want to do everything possible to ensure the safety of our customers and crews. This information is important to us so we can continue to make improvements in our processes and procedures to monitor and improve our customer experience. You can call our office to put in a claim to help you resolve your issue. This is not the experience that we want for any of our customers so we are looking forward to working with you to resolve this.

Outstanding local company!
I was so impressed with my moving team. I have recommended Zips to others since. I couldn’t have done it without them. The team leader was OUTSTANDING, from the packing to the move and every aspect of the job. So completely worth the cost.

Quick and Professional
It was very well done. They gave us a time slot very quickly, they accommodated all of our concerns and the only negative I have is that they forgot some essential small parts to a piece of furniture. BUT! They did return those parts to me and gave me a price discount for the error. They didn't have to do that, they could have let it go. But they didn't and that earned my future business.

Get things moving with these peeps! 😜
Our movers were very prompt, professional, and clean! They called us before they arrived! They gave us an estimated end time for the move and they finished the job under their estimate! They were very organized, packed our belongings with care, and wrapped all our furniture! Would recommend!!!
