They were on time and professional. All of our stuff was handled with care. Not to mention, when you call for a truck and movers, they are only moving your stuff, and not 2 other peoples at the same time. If I were to move again I would definitely use Zip Moving and Storage again in a heart beat.

They were great. Super careful with my items. The extra charges for packing were fair and close to the estimate I got. Would recommend.

Move went smoothly. Movers were congenial and worked quickly and carefully, asking for our input as they went. BUT... three changes would have gotten you 5 stars. Clean moving quilts would have kept my refrigerator from being covered in dirt. Ties on my washer hose would have kept it from falling out of the drain and flooding my new laundry room. A little more care to make sure that the dryer hose was secured to the vent would have not made it necessary for my elderly husband to climb behind the dryer to reattach it.
