The experience with Zip Moving was significantly head and shoulders above their competition. As a customer, I ask a lot of questions, I seek specificity on minutiae, basically I want to understand everything on the process. The salesperson - Al - that I initially worked with was excellent, and was completely on top of the ball in terms of asking the right questions and making the right recommendations when booking the move. There are a lot of labor issues currently, and I was extremely concerned that our move would be cancelled last minute like I’d heard at other companies. He managed to put my fears to rest, and got me to the next step, where Zip Moving gives you a representative who coordinates your actual move. Nikki was phenomenal, followed up very quickly, responsive to queries, etc. On the day of the move, Ryan and his team were early, quick, respectful of our property. It was the best moving experience we’ve ever had, and I’ve recommended them to several friends since and will continue to do so. Finally, their pricing is far far better than the competition, and you don’t feel that you’re getting taken on a ride for frivolous charges, and neither are there any last minute fees that pop up. I highly recommend Zip Moving.

We recently moved on 9/21 using this company. The 3 movers Chris, Daniel and Guillermo are very professional, efficient, hard-working, and very nice. The communication method was effective throughout the process from Beth Johnson to Nikki our coordinator to Chris who lead the move. We got what we expected and they did what was asked for. The movers were on time, worked non-stop and careful in moving. Chris is excellent and efficient in communicating, planning out the move so that everything went as planned. Furniture were carefully packed and we appreciated their help and will use zip moving and storage again for the next move.
