The professionals at Zip were knowledgeable, helpful, and executed a successful delivery. Initially we had a scheduling misunderstanding, but it was resolved and the furniture pick-up and delivery was executed on time and on budget. I will use Zip again for future moves .

I was impressed by the clarity of communication before, during, and following my move. Great care was taken to update and adjust estimated costs in accordance with my changes in inventory. Constant contact offering tips and helpful instructions facilitated the moving process. The truck crew was exceedingly cordial, careful, and efficient. Their professionalism was evident throughout. I had total confidence in the crew and greatly appreciated their competent execution of the service provided.

Updated 12/30/22--- We have provided our name and contact information to Zip Moving to refresh their memory of our horrible experience. Don't be fooled by responses that say they do not have records of our move. Again they use this strategy to act like they do not know about the situation. It is very sad that they will not take responsibility for our damages unless taken to court. BEWARE!!!!!!!!! This company damaged over $15,000 of furniture, lost items, and ruined family heirlooms. Then they offered a very minimal amount of money for the major damage to our property, the offer came with a condition that we remove all reviews and add a 5 star review which would be completely fraudulent. Therefore, we chose to let our friends and neighbors know the real truth. Stating facts and pictures about your service or lack there of is not harassment it is honesty. Please do not accuse us of harassment as your company is the one who should be trying to make this right for your customers. We will continue to warn people so they do not end up with the damage we did and loss of family heirlooms. As you know there were many items that did not even get delivered to us. Where are they? Your staff also smelled like weed which is extremely unprofessional and should not occur during work and is also illegal. ALL PEOPLE LOOKING FOR A MOVING COMPANY RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR THINGS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.

Every staff was very thorough and professional. I got a respond quickly and things were explained very clear since the beginning. The whole process was very smooth and efficient.
