I like the look of the finished product. The engineer wood, hinges, handles are all high quality. But the desk is too tall. It is 34” tall. It is partly our own fault because we want a lot of drawers and filing cabinets. We ended up with 2 filing cabinets from the floor up which is 34”. I think if I have one filing cabinet and one open shelf, that can make the desk shorter. I am compensating it with a chair raised real tall.

The ordering process was great, and communication about delivery was timely and accurate. Fit was accurate. Downside is choosing a color that works - I had trouble finding a good match. It would be helpful if there could be a way to get a color swatch of the material prior to committing an order.

Only reason for a four is delivery time is slow. Otherwise, great product. Feels very durable. Custom fit is great! So much better than stock stuff.

I ordered 8 custom chair cushions for a client. There was a lot of back and forth communication. I thought this company was in the US as that is where I sent my template but they actually make overseas. I communicated with different people who didn't seem to talk to each other. the project took longer then it should have. but the end product was as specified.
