It’s convenient and easy to access vehicles Have a nice experience when calling to report vehicles with smoke. I’m not a smoker. Just wish others would have the same courteous to keep vehicle smoke free. I’m enjoy using there services.

All cars need maintenance

This is my second rental with zipcar and all went well the car was available when i needed and gased up as well. The only complain is about the cleaning inside of the car, I have to do it by myself. Otherwise, would be max score.

I had a very good experience with ZipCar. This is the second time I have used the service. I've got a car for 3 hours. It was a nice small Kia, clean both inside and outside. The car was available at the indicated parking lot. It drove well. The checkout process is very efficient, but you must be thorough as you might not detect a dent or scratch if the car is dark blue or black and it's nighttime. The App works very well.

I have been using zipcar for over 10 years. My only gripe is that they dont offer as many cars like they use to. For example in my area they had a Honda HRV and all of sudden is not available. No explanation given, would be nice to get an alert and have more suvs as well. Other than that great service.

I've been a Zipcar member since 2006. On the whole it's an excellent service, must cheaper than renting a car since it includes gas and insurance. I'm happy that Zipcar has placed more cars on the street instead of in garages. Much quicker access. Occasionally, there are snafus - car won't open, tire pressure or other lights on, car smells like weed. But overall it's really wonderful.

The tire pressure light was on so that made me a little uneasy. The car has dents, which I took pics of but at end of day because I was in a rush to where I needed to be. I think the parking lot attendants should inform Zipcar of any damages upon arrival and should keep up with maintenance of the car.
