I love it, it comes in handy when you want to do a quick not to far run and it’s so convenient that depend on what area your in you can find a car almost on ever other block

I never have any problems with reserving a car, a car being dirty or unavailable. The car helps me do what i gotta do and im satisfied 🤗

All the cars I've booked have been clean and easy to drive, with the exception of one I couldn't access through the app or with my card. Zipcar customer service replied to me quickly and refunded me for the full price without any hassle. The student yearly membership is only $15, which is convenient if you're in college and don't have your own car.

Asked to cancel my waiver insurance after it renewed. They did it right away and as a good will gesture refunded me (without me even asking!) the payment for one of the monthly payments which had just gone through. And went on to explain how for a low frequency user such as myself, that next time I can make my waiver auto expire after just one month. Very impressed by the service!
