I have been a member for a year now. Great decision for me. Living in the city a vehicle is only a few blocks away when needed. I am saving lots a cash not owning a car. With zipcar I have have money and a car when needed.

Reliable, always available and on the rare occasions that there is a problem with a car that I rent Zipcar has the problem resolved within an hour

Really liked the pickup area. Clean and safe. Vehicle was where they said. Easy pickup and dropoff. Clean and full tank of gas. Definitely will come back here. Hopefully they can add mini van here :).

I'm grateful to have Zipcar in my city. I'm able to get to point a to point b without the financial burden of car ownership. I'm also happy that they have multiple locations throughout the city, making trips bookable at my fingertips.

Made reservation online using App which was simple. I was reminded to pick car up. Car was clean and ready to go. Full tank of gas. Well mai maintained car, Almost new. I would highly recommend.
