Don't waste your money
The awful interface had me thinking I was booking a car that was across the street. Insead I was inadvertenly wasting $100 on a car in a totally different city. ZipCar would not allow me to change that selection, so I had to cancel the reservation (within about 10 minutes of making it, mind you). They still took the money from my account, and despite that being instantaneous, the refund will take "up to 10 business days". I know for a fact from prior experience that my Credit Union credits refunds same-day, so this is definitely a ZipCar issue. I'm now without the available funds to get any car from any rental place, and may have to cancel an important surgery tomorrow for a loved one, as I won't be able to get them to/from the clinic. ZipCar does not have any customer service number to call to try to have them issue a credit or any other solution, their only method for "customer service" is a form on their website that I emailed immediately afterwards at 10am this morning. As I write this it is 5pm and I've had no reponse other than an automated "we got your message" email. I strongly recommend against ever using ZipCar for anything, try a company that actually believes in taking care of their customers.
