Unprofessional and not worth it
Confirmed the demo meeting twice, was sent another confirmation to my personal cell and told them I already confirmed twice and got pushback from them stating this is how they confirm appts and if it's an issue they'll cancel my appointment. Absolutely hilarious that someone else has the same complaint. This company clearly doesn't want to even go through the demo of their product, so they must not want any new business. Don't waste your time with these unprofessional clowns. *I responded to their email on March 19th at 2:29pm EST. They're full of it for stating otherwise. I have the email to prove it.
Response from Zion Trading AlgosMar 20, 2026
We want to respond clearly for anyone reading this. You were not a ZTA client, never purchased our software, and never joined our community. This review is based solely on a demo booking that did not move forward. Our process is simple and consistent for everyone. When someone books a demo, we require a direct confirmation reply to the reminder message that is sent prior to the call. We are immediately notified when that confirmation is received. In this case, no confirmation reply was logged in our system. When we followed up to request confirmation, the response we received was not a confirmation, but pushback on the process itself. As clearly stated in our reminders, if confirmation is not received, the slot may be released. That is exactly what happened. We host a high volume of demos each week. Confirmations are required so that serious prospects have access to available time slots and our team’s schedule is respected. We are professional and consistent with everyone. If someone chooses not to follow the confirmation process, that is entirely their decision. But it does not mean we are unwilling to do business, nor does it reflect the quality of our product or service. We wish you the best moving forward.
