No Payouts Yet
I've been in the program for a little over four months. Jade and Marco are great guys, no doubt, and they certainly try. But when it comes to trading algos, "great" does not equate to "profitable." There are some accounts we trade to either pass or fail immediately. I am NOT talking about those accounts. I expect many of those to fail. So far, I have yet to get a payout, but I have blown numerous prop accounts, including funded accounts, and they are not cheap. By now, I would expect to start getting a return on my investment, but I'm not even close and have not received any payouts yet. I reduced significantly the number of prop accounts for Zion to trade because we were just failing, and when you are losing in the market, you reduce size until you see some progress. Jade and Marco are continuously involved, which is why I give this rating a 3. Until I see a return on my investment, so far, all I have are accumulating costs. No cash. Not one thin dollar. If this changes, I will edit this post for sure. But right now, it's just like most of the other trading algos: a pipe dream. I'm tired of losing. I can do that on my own.

Hi Vickie, Thank you for sharing your experience and for recognizing the time and support the team and I have put into working with you. We understand the frustration behind your review. After several months, multiple prop accounts, and no payout yet, it is understandable to feel discouraged, especially when account fees and failed attempts have added up. Trading in general, and prop firm trading especially, is affected by market conditions, account rules, and the risk approach being used. We had a slower summer than we wanted, and we did not make the progress we expected early on. We have, however, reached the payout goal on one of your funded accounts. The remaining issue is the firm’s consistency rule, where one winning day represented too much of the total profit. We are making the adjustments needed to get that account through the final requirement and positioned for a payout. For readers considering the prop firm path, the first payout can take a couple of months depending on the account size, the risk approach, market conditions, and the specific rules of the firm. The goal is not simply to chase a quick pass. It is to build and preserve funded accounts in a way that gives clients a real path to payouts over time. Our responsibility is not to minimize a client’s frustration or simply tell them to keep doing the same thing. It is to stay involved, review what is happening, make adjustments where needed, and provide clear, hands-on support throughout the process. We are continuing to work directly with Vickie on her current account path, strategy combination, and risk sizing. We appreciate her honesty, and we remain committed to earning a better experience from here.
