Zinio has always quickly responded to my emailed questions, and has not used COVID as an excuse for poor service, like so many other companies (like Microsoft) has. I have always gotten accurate advice too.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. 0 STARS IF I COULD GIVE IT. I really would not recommend dealing with this company!!! I’ve been blocked out of my account, I initially thought I had ordered a paper copy to my door considering I was asked for delivery details?!! Nothing for months and so upon checking the email again, I’ve now realised they have only provided a digital copy. I have been blocked from my online account and unable to log in, as none of the passwords have worked. I wrote down the password so know it was correctly put in. Even when trying to reset password it wouldn’t let me, only ever said “error”. No one to contact for help. I’m disgusted. No service, no product, nothing. Waste of my time and money - NOT HAPPY.

I ordered a digital subscription in error but the customer service team at Zinio were brilliant. They cancelled my order straight away and followed up with emails to make sure I'd received the refund. Couldn't fault it. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them if I ever wanted a digital subscription in the future.

There's a great selection of magazines which are very well presented, no quality issues whatsoever, and the pricing was very good. I needed support in order to sign up because the website is buggy, but support was very good. The app however is a bit woeful. It's invisible when opened on any machine, absolutely hates tablet mode on a Microsoft Surface, and routinely tells me pages can't be found or other errors. If I could just open the magazines in acrobat reader I'd be laughing, but Zinio's app is a consistent pain. Note in response to reply, of course I have been through all support channels thoroughly already. I could only provide the same information so many times before giving up. Zinio acknowledged that their application opens up invisibly in Windows 10, and they were working on a fix. No sign of it yet. I'm surprised because I've never seen any other app do that.. and it did that on all computers I tried - four of them.

I've always used Zinio from as far back as the 2000's. They have always had a high-quality product and very useful and intuitive interface design. A lot of choices to choose from too, with prices that won't break your wallet.
