Big thanks to the Zin Home crew for their quick fix! I ordered a coffee table, and the shipping company messed it up. I called them, and they sent a new one right away. That coffee table is now one of the nicest things in the office!

I ordered a dining table with Zin Home, that ended up being on back-order. However, since it was such a beautiful piece, we decided to wait. The customer service representative kept us updated on its status and even provided us with free white glove delivery for the inconvenience. The delivery was smooth and we love our table!

I was looking for a Pottery Barn cabinet and after a quick google search, I discovered that Zin Home sells the same item for almost 30% less. I decided to order from them and it just arrived. The prices are exceptional, and the customer service is top-notch.

Ordered patio furniture for my high rise Miami condo balcony but I was lazy to measure the balcony. Sofa I bought was too big for the space. I recently purchased a leather sectional (the Lexi Sonoma) from Zin Home and I had a great experience with them! I was a bit apprehensive buying a large furniture piece online due to the "sight unseen" in-person factor but the photos on their website were just as accurate as the sectional when it arrived to me! I was also a bit apprehensive due to the fact that I hadn't heard of Zin Home prior to my purchase. The sofa was on back order for months due to shipping/manufacturing constraints as of lately, but Zin Home's staff made sure I was kept in the loop on any delays and pending arrival to me. Their communications to me were very prompt and always courteous. The delivery to my home (final mile and White Glove) was also super great; no issues whatsoever with their service, as they took the large boxes with them upon leaving! I would sincerely recommend Zin Home to anyone interested in a large furniture piece! They have such a beautiful selection of furniture of all types. Support your small businesses!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! In a day and age where you can rarely get a human to respond by phone or email, I was very pleased with Zin Home's customer service. Erin, the supervisor, went out of her way to look for a product that I was very much interested in, however, it has been discontinued. She did an internet search for me and also gave me info that I could use to do my own internet search. (Makes me think of the movie "Miracle on 34th Street" where the Macy's Santa tells customers which other stores carry the gifts on their children's Christmas list!) Thank you Erin for restoring my faith in GREAT Customer Service! I'm very appreciative of your time and efforts!!!
