I was very skeptical of using a company that wasn't local and doing everything online and via phone. But they were excellent! They were very transparent about the entire process. No hidden fees. Everything went exactly as I was told. They were friendly and professional. They explained every single thing every step of the way. They also were very prompt in making it happen. I've been in business for myself for 9 years and it was far one of the easiest business transactions I've made.

The business partner of your dream! They have your back 100%! Your best interest is what they look for first......

Very expedient, very helpful throughout the process, and very fast funding. Definitely recommend to others and will use again if needed.

Great customer service!

Everyone was honest, courteous and responsive from the first phone call to the day of funding which happened in three days. You can tell that the owners and managers have a vested interest in providing the best service possible. I'm grateful to have found them.

MCS was easy to do business with, and very clear with documentation needs.

This company was great, from beginning to end. They made the whole process fast and easy. They keep you informed every step of the way. This has been the second time dealing with them, and both experiences has been phenomenal!

The staff at Merchant Capitol was extremely helpful, efficient and professional. I would strongly recommend them to all small business, they made the process very simple.
