DONT BANK HERE
Opened business account here in February. Signup was easy and I was approved fast. Next day logging in I get error saying "Account Inactive." My funds were frozen and couldn't do anything, but I emailed support and they said "I had called and asked for the account to be closed." This never happened, which I explained and they reopened the account. This struck me as odd but there support was good. I continued to use there service for a few more weeks before I had decided to use my other bank more frequently. I came back to yet again, a frozen account. I emailed, no response for over a week. Called multiple times and used there live chat and was promised a call back in "30 minutes" for days. Eventually I got through to a women who didn't have a thick accent and sounded American. She couldn't answer why the account was closed, and said she would call back. She called back and said my account was frozen was because the system detected I was a "bot." A bot? I'm talking on the phone with you right now, and submitted all required documents? She then said I needed to go onto a ZOOM call with her to show my face to prove I'm not a bot. Isn't talking to you enough? They also had my account frozen for a month without any official letter/notice that my account had been frozen. The procedure there asking for is alien to me, and very weird. I've never heard of a bank asking for me to go on a zoom with them. Considering this is a small bank which isn't even actually a bank (they don't provide the accounts) this is very weird/suspicious to me. I'm willing to send more documents about me/my business if necessary, but the reason for freezing my account is not in conjunction with federal law. I would be a lot less upset if you would just respond to my emails rather than ignoring me. Please reach out to me and solve this problem I will remove/edit this review.
